PROCESSING TIME?
We will process incoming orders on the same day or within one business day. Sometimes the delay happens if we need to contact you to confirm the address for freight shipment.

SHIPPING METHOD& RATE?
Basic shipping is included! Yay!
Most of our items will be shipped with UPS Ground. As we are located in Los Angeles, the transit time to the east coast will be around 5-7 days, 4-5 days to the mid-west, and 2-3 days to the west coast.

For items over 150 lbs, we will use LTL (Less than truck load) freight shipment, which will take about 5-10 days to deliver depends on the region. Please leave your best contact phone number because the freight company may contact you to make a delivery appointment, especially if you are residential address.

Please do not hesitate to contact us for an expedited shipping quote if you need your order sooner. You can always send us an email at info@pakebuy.com and we will provide you a detailed shipping rate quote based on your needs. The extra shipping charge will be applied if you choose to use the faster delivery service.

WHAT ABOUT PRODUCT WARRANTY?
We offer 1-year limited warranty for most of our products. We will cover shipping damage, factory defects, mechanical parts include pumps& chains, etc. . Damages of the frame (like scratches& painting), pedals and casters wear and tear are excluded from the warranty. Damages caused by the customer (like overload) are also excluded.
*All shipping damages need to be reported within 5 days of delivery. 
*Warranty means we will help you fix the defects & order replacement parts etc. . The 1-year warranty doesn't mean a return period.


WHICH PAYMENT METHODS DO YOU ACCEPT?
We accept Paypal, Credit card, or Check.
Cash if pick up in-store. (Please contact us for pickup availability due to the pandemic)

DISCOUNT AND BULK ORDER
We are more than happy to offer you a bulk order discount if you would like to place a multiple-item-order with us. Please contact us at info@pakebuy.com includes the items you would like to buy and the amount you need. We will get back to you as soon as possible. (Discount is not guaranteed due to the pandemic)

PRE-ORDER& CUSTOMIZED ORDER
You can always reach us if the item you are looking at is out of stock or does not have enough inventory. We are more than happy to assist you to get customized orders if you couldn't find the correct model that fits your needs! Just send us an email and we will get back to you as soon as we can.

WHAT IS YOUR RETURN POLICY?
We will accept unused items within 30 days from purchasing date, the return postage will be reduced from your refund amount. Some category exceptions apply. Please email us at info@pakebuy.com with your order number if you would like to make a return.
